Online Trade Services registration
Online Trade Services is designed to offer you the flexibility to choose which product modules best suit your business.
The following product modules are available:
- Import Letter of Credit (Documentary credits)
- Export Letter of Credit (Documentary credits)
- Guarantee
- Import Collection (Import and Export documentary collections)
- Export Collection (Import and Export documentary collections)
- Standby Letter of Credit Issued
- Standby Letter of Credit Received
To register your business for Online Trade Services, please complete the following steps:
- Firstly, you'll need to internally appoint a main service administrator for Online Trade Services
- Download and print the application form which your chosen main service administrator will need to complete and post to the address noted on the form
- Once your application has been approved, your main service administrator will be sent a welcome e-mail with their user name and company ID
- Your main service administrator will require a password to access Online Trade Services. They will be advised of this by phone a few days after they have received their welcome e-mail
- Once in receipt of this information, your main service administrator will be able to logon to Online Trade Services and will be prompted to change their password to one personal to them. They will then be able to access the user guides and set-up your authorised users and other service administrators.
