The Business Banking Code

Lloyds TSB Bank plc and Lloyds TSB Scotland plc subscribe to the Business Banking Code, which applies to businesses with an annual turnover or income under £1 million.

Although the code does not cover the larger corporate market, we seek to apply the code commitments and standards where appropriate.  We aim to treat our customers fairly and reasonably at all times, and to be sympathetic and positive in times of financial difficulty.

You may ask for a copy of the Code leaflet at any Lloyds TSB branch or from your relationship manager.  Alternatively you can visit the website of the Banking Code Standards Board where a copy of The Business Banking Code can be downloaded or read.

Complaints procedure.

At Lloyds TSB, we aim to provide excellent customer service whenever you deal with us. If we don't achieve this we would like to know so we have the opportunity to put things right.
