The Lending Code

Lloyds TSB Bank plc and Lloyds TSB Scotland plc subscribe to the Lending Code, which applies to consumers and small businesses. Copies of the Code can be obtained from http://www.lendingstandardsboard.org.uk

Although the code does not cover the larger corporate market, we aim to treat our customers fairly and reasonably at all times, and to be sympathetic and positive in times of financial difficulty.

Complaints procedure.

At Lloyds TSB, we aim to provide excellent customer service whenever you deal with us. If we don't achieve this we would like to know so we have the opportunity to put things right.
