Our online data management is a market-leading comprehensive reporting tool that delivers your card transaction data.  This reporting tool can integrate reporting directly to your financial systems.

Our reporting provides valuable analysis of spend data.  This data can be used to support larger corporate schemes with:

    • Data Queries, to create bespoke reporting to analyse card spend
    • Transaction Review, allows cardholders to verify and review transactions online and add and edit additional information, such as transaction descriptions
    • Account, allows appending of accounting information, such as GL codes, order number and cost centre, and export data to your Accounts Payable
    • Data Mapping, tailored to your expense management and ERP systems
