NetService and our experienced Customer Service teams can help you manage and maximise your card programme.
Programme Administrators
Your Programme Administrator (PA) is responsible for managing the cards for your company or organisation.They also have the authority to request changes to the scheme. ![]()
For example
- Revising limits and spend controls
- Adding new cardholders and
- Requesting data reports
Current transaction data for all your accounts can be accessed via NetService.
NetService also allows you to print and download statement data for the last 12 months.
Requests for changes to your card account should be made through our Customer Services team via the PA line on:

Saturday and Bank Holidays (except Christmas) 9am - 4.30pm

Cardholders
You can use NetService to access current and past transaction data. You can also use this service to view, print or download statement data for the last 12 months.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday and Bank Holidays (except Christmas) 9am-4.30pm
This line is open 24 hours for reporting lost or stolen cards.
To help prevent card fraud newly issued cards must be activated before use.

Forms for Programme Administrators
