To register for the BACSTEL-IP service, please choose one of the following options.

Direct Submitter application forms

Step 1

Download, print and save the BACSTEL-IP Direct Submitter credit application form.

If you wish to become a Direct Submitter debit user please contact your relationship manager or money transmission and e-services manager to discuss your requirements. 

Step 2

Download, print and save the BACSTEL-IP Terms and Conditions for Direct Submitters.

Step 3

Download, print and save the BACSTEL-IP Additional contacts form. Please note that a separate form will be required for each BACS Service User Number that you wish to register.

Step 4

Send the completed form(s) to your relationship manager.

Indirect Submitter application forms

Step 1

Download, print and save the BACSTEL-IP Indirect Submitter credit application form:

If you wish to become an Indirect Submitter debit user please contact your relationship manager or money transmission and e-services manager to discuss your requirements.
