Clare Francis

Managing Director, Head of Financial Markets Sales & Derivatives Structuring

Clare is Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Markets Sales & Derivatives Structuring within Lloyds Banking Group. Clare has responsibility for the distribution of financial market products to all of the bank's clients across Financial Institutions, Major Corporate, Large Corporate, Commercial and Wealth.

Clare joined Lloyds TSB in 2006 from HSBC where she previously held a variety of global positions in the UK, Asia and the US - in Marketing, IT, Commercial, Operations, Credit and she was Head of Market Risk at HSBC before moving to the front office in 1995. Clare undertook a variety of front line roles before being promoted to European Head of HSBC's Corporate Coverage team in 2002.

Prior to this, Clare was at NatWest and studied Business Management at London Business School. She is a member of the ACIB and is SFA qualified. 

Clare sits on Lloyds Banking Group’s Wholesale & International Banks Credit Committee and the Wholesale Markets Excom.
