How do we recruit?

Our recruitment process is varied within Corporate Markets. For most roles we use a combination of the following methods during the recruitment process:

  • CV
  • Competency/capability-based Interviews
  • Role play/presentation
  • Assessment centres
  • On-line assessment tests
