Our commitment to creating and delivering a truly unified service has led to the formation of a business collectively called Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets. Corporate Markets comprises the Products & Markets and Corporate Banking businesses. Underpinning the trusted partnership goals of Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets is a rapid expansion of our products and capabilities. Our corporate clients now have access to more services from Lloyds TSB than ever before.

Corporate Banking

Corporate Banking manages the core franchise, providing a relationship-based financial and advisory service to the corporate marketplace through dedicated regional teams throughout the UK and key strategic locations abroad, including New York.  Customers have access to our expertise and a broad range of financial solutions. Our relationship managers act as a conduit to product specialists across the Group.

Products and Markets

Products and Markets is where the specialist product capability resides for transactions undertaken by our corporate relationship customers.  The Group’s economic research function, which services both the Group and customers alike, is also part of this business unit.  Additionally, Products and Markets fulfils the treasury role for the Group, managing balance sheet liquidity.
